Taking care of our team
Our people are the core of TPS
In an industry where the market is competing at the cheapest price for labour, we have persisted in paying extra and taking on additional cost to look after our people – and we have been richly rewarded with a loyal and passionate team.
We regularly celebrate the achievements of our team and those who choose to stay with the brand they trust.
Representing cleaner rights
We engage with Government agencies and industry leaders to represent the rights of cleaners, and participate in yearly union negotiations for a Multi Employer Collective Agreement (MECA).
In-house training
We employ a full-time in-house training manager who is qualified to deliver NZQA-accredited training up to Level 3. This is our investment in our team, and in our mission to deliver the highest-quality service to our clients.
